Calling themselves “Fight or Flight,” the band was made up of 5 birds,   founder and drummer Whiplash Woodpecker, lead guitarist and frontman   Rockin Robin, Vocalist Punk Penguin, Keyboardist Harmony Hummingbird,   and  Bassist Funky Falcon. Homegrown in the city of Wingchester, IL, the   band struggles to find its footing in this energetic, engaging, and heartfelt tv   show.

 The show is planned to be shot as live action, and to utilize 2D animation to   portray the birds, their instruments, as well as for effects and transitions  throughout the show. This is an ambitious art style which promises to fuel the show with a unique and thematically potent aesthetic.
